"share your opinion button" #77

on the single issue items, this should just open up discussion immediately.

also, the name "share your opinion" should or could also say "see the discussion around this issue"

To reproduce:

  1. Enter an address or select a district or a location from the map.
  2. Click the title of any issue.

  3. On the page that is shown, note that the discussion area is hidden by default and you must click "share your opinion" to open it.

    For example, http://municipal.codeforamerica.org/event_items/34741:

The discussion are should be expanded by default instead.
