Add Mesa to MuniciPal logo #78

sorry, rough meeting notes. it means the top left icon should be changed to Mesa MuniciPal

@buckleytom is the concern that people won't know they're on a page operated by the city? Or is there an interest in navigating back to the city's webpage too? Or something else?

@wendyfongsf yes, i believe ian asked for it. although it also wanted to understand how branding worked. for example, if their app were to diverge from a brigade app or some other cities' version.

City partners have decided to keep the current logo "MuniciPal BETA". They will have their in house graphics department edit the logo, as needed.
