We should write down a plan and timeline for getting more users. We add a page on this repository's wiki for that.

Mesa's PIO offices already has an outreach plan for MuniciPal.

Mesa will plan a launch of MuniciPal in December. The city's PIO will coordinate with CfA's Marketing Department to share responsibility of promoting the app through their respective channels.
