Question: Multi-part polylines/pts? #78

I'm concerned about how the converter and OpenTrails will deal with multi-part lines and trailheads. This is basically when there is a segment that represents one record in the attribute table, but it is actually two different segments in different locations. I can explain this more if needed.

There needs to be some GIS processing before inputting into the converter.
