Resource Input form for Community #106

This would allow nonprofits, government agencies and community members to submit a Google form with information about additional resources in the ABQ community that could be helpful to the individuals or companies who use the tool.

Every submitted form would need to be reviewed by a third party for accuracy, relevance and completeness before being automatically added to the Google spreadsheet containing information about resources.
