Update bootstrap to 3.3.2 #63

Would you be open to a pull request that updates the site to the latest version of bootstrap and all necessary HTML changes per Bootstrap's Migration Guide

This seems to an old issue but wanted to know if you are still open to this idea? Bootstrap 4 is coming out "soon" however, unlike v2.X they will be supporting v3.X when 4 comes out.
