Provide new search links on answer screen? #15

In mockup. Currently functionality not added in favor of prioritizing the implementation of working browser back button. Let's decide later whether the end user will find this valuable.

Currently, I'd prefer that there be an explicitly labeled "Look up new address" (or "new search") link or button as opposed to the current circular back button. A back button should be unnecessary in our UI if the browser is already supplying it, and it's not like we have a complex site tree hierarchy where a UI-based back button is necessary.
