Should request user for location immediately, not after clicking the "target" button #2

I'm not sure I agree with this. I don't think we should be heavy-handed about using current location as opposed to geocoding an address. @louh thoughts?

I've observed some location-based sites/services show the notification "This site wants to use your current location" immediately after you load it up. Personally, I feel like it should get out of the way of the interaction when you click the "use my location" button. Anyway, it's a small thing. I'm not too worried about it.
