When and how will you be contacting references? #38

Hi Fellowship Team! My references have been asking if you have a closer approximation for when you will be contacting them? I know interviews are in the next couple weeks and you hope to make final decisions by mid-September, but is there a window during which you'll be contacting references? They're asking specifically in light of travel plans.

Additionally, what format will you asking for the reference? Should they be expected to answer questions via phone, by e-mail, or both?
