[Question] how to gather and bundle ideas #52

Hello all!

I am one of the fellows at the Code For Eindhoven Program in the Netherlands.

As we come across a lot of ideas we notice we will be unable to address them all a challenges during our fellowship. I am looking for a platform to post these ideas and give others the ability to post ideas, preferably open source and possible to create a localized version. Does anybody know what would be the best to use? I was thinking about something like kickstarter but open and without donating but for instance the possibility to back ideas by voting.

Please let me know if you got a good idea!

Some of us have used a repo to put ideas out there we don't have time to work on: https://github.com/codeforamerica/project-ideas
