Now ready to test manually (Twilio was having problems earlier).

Tested functionality on dev. All good! Specifically, I:

Tested checking balance with unblocked #
Tested what happens with texting with a BLOCKED number (no response; the user DOES get a "we've unsubscribed you..." message when they send "stop" the first time)
Tested calling from a blocked number (it plays the voice thing just fine!)

Squirrel time!
