Seeing a good number of transcriptions stuck as "in progress" in the Twilio dashboard. Contacting support and ccing our contact there.
Emailed support and cc'd team + @migurski.
Heard back after escalating; will ping again in a week or so if I haven't heard anything.
Noticing this in our alerts and confirming in logs, some users complaining. Looking into this.
