Last minute prep for trainings tomorrow morning #123

Perhaps the least re-assuring PR title ever, but here's what is in here:

  1. Removes all aspects of UGC content generation and display. It does this just by commenting out those features.
  2. Significant changes to the code violation view. It now has divider lines, as well as significantly more information per violation including case status, closed date and more text to help understand what they actually are. It is NOT formatted well but is ordered in reverse chronological order

Merging because what could possibly go wrong merging at 1130 PM the day before the demo/launch?
