We can definitely fix hover styles (remember,though, there is no hover state on a touch-only device like a phone).
As for moving the city and state to be on the same line as the street address, I'm not sure this is the best option given the width constraints. Here's an example where it would be cut off almost completely due to the length of the street name:
Current: When hovering/clicking/tapping on a link, for example search results after an address search, 'Chattanooga' changes state but the street address doesn't.
Expected: it's more natural for the street address to change state, than the subtitle Chattanooga. We need to define an 'active' link state and apply it consistently.
I'll update this issue with a full design of the search results page and active links.
