No app icon on iOS devices #87

I added the site as a bookmark to my home screen but we don't have a nice, fancy icon hooked up yet.

We should do that at some point :)

Hurm, I see the problem. I can't upload a .zip to Github. I'll repost in Slack. It's called IOS.zip

add images to repo

Also, alter the gulp scripts to ensure that images get to the build directory. For now I'll just have it move images to an img directory but since we're concating everything should we consider spriting all image assets in the future?

the different sized icons should not be sprited, I think we're good without spriting the other image assets for now, too, until we start getting more.
