Add transition animation between steps

Description

When a step is completed and we transition to the next step, we need to add in the ability to have an animation or something. Even if its not used, having that abstraction will be useful. Suggested by @anselmbradford

• [ ] Our step transitions are triggered by the next and back buttons, _nextClicked and _backClicked.
