IE9 modal scripting #150

Add modal to appear when IE9 users click on interactive lessons:

"Hi there, it looks like you're using Internet Explorer 9. This lesson will work best on a more modern browser, including later versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari."

Question: Should we add a "continue" button that then launches the lesson? Will the interactive lessons still work as basic step throughs in IE9?

We'll need to add a column to the db describing each lesson as interactive or not. Should add another describing what language its in too.
