Twilio Page Blank #198

Description

The descriptor page for Twilio (bottom of the Basic Web Skills page) is blank. There is no image of the site, "Keep in Mind" or "Additional Information". Currently it looks like this. screen shot 2015-03-21 at 3 01 36 pm

I think Add New Service Form itself should not have let submit this web service.So there is necessity of adding required fields for this form to let it submit.

Now I have made pull request to this issue so user can not add new services without required fields.
