Agree to Terms error message on create lesson page #244

Steps to repeat the problem:

  1. push submit button without agreeing to "Agree to Terms"
  2. Make changes and agree to terms.
  3. Add more Steps.. still the error message shows up. The error message should disappear once we "Agree to Terms". screen shot 2015-04-11 at 5 10 58 pm
