Can't see Oakland at all until you zoom way in- hides behind SF icon.

Was thinking about how to do this in #2 It was a problem on the last Brigade site as well.

Fixed this with some clever turf.js on the upcoming v3 of the Brigade site.

Going to leave it as is on the current site.
