Added several projects_list_url. #140

projects_list_url that I found googling, not verified them except Code For Charlottesville.

This looks like a great start. I can't think of any sane way to ping all these brigades for comment though, maybe we just make a general post to #brigade in CfA slack like "Hey everyone we're working on closing gaps in our project feeds and have identified a number of brigades who have not yet published a projects list but who we were able to find GitHub organizations for. If you represent any of these brigades or have contact with someone who does, we'd love them to have the chance to let us know if there are any better lists of their projects available (see https://brigade.cloud/get-indexed/)"

And then let's just put a date of like next Friday the 17th as our deadline to merge this.
