UX Teardowns #699

One challenge we want to provide at National Day are UX Teardowns.

Volunteers will find local versions of their city or counties important digital services, and provide valuable UX feedback.

We want to use the http://citizenonboard.com/ site to collect them all. The instructions are at https://github.com/codeforamerica/citizen-onboard#contribute

A very easy way to accept lots of submissions and have them appear on the site, is to use the good ol' Google Form to Spreadsheet to Tabletopjs to website trick. I seem to be relying on this a bunch lately. Its a good pattern.

The gif at the end of http://citizenonboard.com/snap/ca/#147 is the one I link to the most. We should encourage a gif at the end of all of them.
