CartoDB donation #704

CartoDB donated some upgraded accounts to the Fellows and Brigades.

It was kind of a wonky process. I set up some spreadsheets for Brigades and for Fellows and gave access to Santiago to check periodically.

Matt B was running this, so communication got lost when he left.
