Correct DNS to codeforamerica.org/brigade OR brigade.codeforamerica.org #450

The domain should be one or the other.

I'd favor brigade.codeforamerica.org, since that makes it easier to host in a separate Heroku app, as we already have.

Any objections to going with this, and then changing the URLs of the pages to not have "/brigade" in them?

I don't have a preference ; mostly just feel embarrassed by the URLs
