Add gravatars for author photos throughout.

So, the new site for the blog index doesn't have avatars on them. Adding those would be easy enough, but it'll have the same problem as the individual posts in that I don't know why the gravatars are not showing up. Is it a setting in wordpress somewhere? :confused:

We also have the issue of how to connect the gravatars with our People includes, which have more info - seems like the bios should be the same...

Yes, that seems like a good idea. Get the whole theme properly done at the same time.
