Always show topic/subtopic/articles columns in browse view.

This would be extremely useful in helping users understand the navigation structure of articles without having to first click through a topic and subtopic.

Unfortunately, the data being passed to the view isn't structured to support this. Perhaps it would make more sense to organize the data in a form more closer akin to something like this?
