Find a design solution that fits content ordering needs #501

I think this needs more research into the needs of content ordering beyond A-Z and design explorations on how to tackle that.

Potential needs include:

  1. Having "before you start" articles at the top.
  2. Ordering in terms of popularity

Potential solutions include:

  1. Manual ordering
  2. Automatic ordering by popularity
  3. 'Pinning' of articles at the top
  4. Helping people write content in a way that removes the need for ordering.
