topics, subtopics, and articles with the same slug are highlighted when they shouldn't be #541

If we have a topic and subtopic with the same slug, like:

/tree/knnvhpplg/edit/categories/the-names-are-the-same/the-names-are-the-same/

and we browse to the article's edit page:

/tree/knnvhpplg/edit/categories/the-names-are-the-same/

the subtopic will be highlighted in the interface even though it's not selected. The same happens with same-named subtopics and articles.
