Given #88 and that we've had to manually customize the CityVoice site for each pilot, I'm starting to believe there should be an additional page in the builder flow for public site customization that allows the user to edit a few files:
Ask the user for the email address that can serve as a point of contact for people who want to learn more. re: #88
The desired home page text (Learn.md, Call.md, Listen.md) as well as the text on the about page page,
The name of whoever is speaking on the survey (or the office they represent) to replace "CityVoice Maintainers" on the home page
