Use more descriptive characterization than "subjects" #123

Right now, the entities about which people can call are "subjects" (as in, the subject of a survey).

Originally we had "properties", but it was changed to be a bit more abstract across use cases (eg, neighborhoods, vacant lots).

Suggestions for what to call this?

I think that "subject" is pretty general and solid. It makes sense to me when I think about it. I'd vote for keeping it as-is.
