Voice answer pagination links appear broken #228

Appear not to be showing at bottom of the table. See http://ancient-thicket-9575.herokuapp.com/voice_answers for a recent example

@jmadans FYI, you can access all of the voice files with "?all" at the end, ie http://ancient-thicket-9575.herokuapp.com/voice_answers?all

Correction: ?all=true , ie http://ancient-thicket-9575.herokuapp.com/voice_answers?all=true

The audio files are really small, so let's just load them all by default.
