default_labels not working

default_labels not working #2

I don't think defualt_labels is working.

When I go to http://civicissues.herokuapp.com/widget?organization_name=Code%20for%20America&default_labels=beginner it doesn't do anything. I still have to type in beginner.

It will still query using the labels you specified. Just that it will append them to whatever you type.

Maybe we could make it so it gives you some sort of feedback on what those labels are, and be able to give output without having users actually having to type and search. What are your thoughts on this?
