Avatars shown on issues card which closes #9. #20

Adds github avatars to the cards using the avatar url in the templates issue instance.

I'm showing it to the rest of my crew here to see what they think of having pictures of people included. My hunch is that seeing that there are multiple people working on a project will encourage others to join in. We'll probably need to test that though.

Thanks again @ashcrow it looks great. I added some rounded corners and spacing.

I may change it out to be the people in the discussion, instead of code committers, but probably not.
