Add "Digitize a Process", "Make it Mobile"; move "Have A Business Model" #11

Two new patterns. I should probably use a feature branch for each :-)

Merged! I'm glad you mention in "Digitize a process" the dangers of losing interaction. I was just talking with @mr0grog about the problems of only focusing on the transactional parts of a process without regard for the other stuff. For example, if you turn in paperwork in person, it offers opportunity for humanizing the process (bureaucrats usually are quite aware of their bureaucracy, sometimes hilariously) and serendipity (some of the concerns over online echo chambers could probably be applied here).
