Burlington Dataset seems to show bad call type #109

Suspiciously.. the 'NA' call type is displaying records that do not have 'NA' as their specified call type. That must be a bug.

I do see there are other columns in those rows that match the call type code. There's likely a bug in the logic that looks for those examples where it's not looking at the specific position.
