Sketch a "self-verification" feature #280

A non-insignificant number of cases submitted through Clean include hand-written self-verification documents. Let's explore taking pen and paper out of the equation, and making it easy to submit declarations of income, expenses, and the like.

This has come up a couple times recently and requested explicitly by Francesca and suggested by Heather of SparkPoint (mostly SMC apps).

The value of a loose contour here would be helpful for me - can someone drop the basics of when/how one can self-verify with reasonable likelihood of acceptance?

No clue on likelihood of acceptance. I assume it varies lots by county/EW.
