Engagement test 1 (https://github.com/codeforamerica/clean/issues/491) is giving info on approval rate for minimal app approach.

Goals of this test are:

Estimate approval rate for minimal app + interview reminder + easy verification submission
See if people respond to interview reminder (call number, press 1 to connect, etc)
See if people send us verification docs via SMS/email

I'm thinking a combination of TypeForm to screen and apply + doc upload for submission (to us) could be a really nice experience.

ping @daguar to add your thoughts on possibilities of automating some of the reminder features.
