I think there may be still a need for cases that have "Pleaded Guilty" because sentencing might not have occurred but I don't think ATIs intervene once a case has been dismissed.

Yes, agreed. We actually need to come up with a more concrete definition of when cases should disappear from search results. I'll think through a proposal, but we should probably bring it to Jordan for his feedback as well.

Done - no longer generating dismissed cases.

Okay, not seeing anymore dismissed cases. I'm leaving this open based on the comment about deciding when cases should disappear.
