To collect information about cross brigade collaboration that might be helpful in making decisions about future cross brigade collaborations

Ones that seemed to work:

Open Disclosure (campaign finance) was an effort that at its peak had about 5 brigades participating. Tom, @elina, @mikeubell (open oakland), there were some folks in San Jose as well like @vivek
Open Budget is an old project that still is alive and well and was a multi-brigade collab. @adamstiles (open oakland) could give pointers
CityCamp is an event format that many brigades have redeployed. @jhibbets (NAC '16-18), he could point you in the right direction at least
