Added PostGIS, need to abstract logic further to accommodate other back ends.
Added a repository to query db & serve up holidays.
Added a Schedule model to fit all data into. Plan is to eventually look morel like the core fields for icalendar: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5545
