A provisional attempt:

Allow the user see the EBT-accepting stores nearest to their current location on a map, and save the webapp to their smartphone homescreen for future use.

The implied features include:

• Geolocation
  • Accessing the user's current location
  • Using that location to center and zoom the map.
  • If necessary, using that location to filter results.
• Domain name and Home screen icon
  • Something that makes the webpage memorable and accessible.
• Serving EBT locations and critical attributes
  • Street address (personally, I think a ZIP code is unnecessary)
  • Store name

Anything I'm missing?

@alanjosephwilliams This looks good to me, though I'd be totally fine with launching without a save-to-home-screen feature. Everything except that (and pointing the domain name) is now complete — exciting!
