Working from the case-specific user research and the guided search at HelpSteps, which includes questions drawn from the CDC and other sources.

Where users have indicated a need for resources corresponding with particular questions but those resources do not yet exist in the available data, I'll include the questions in order to highlight the ways in which the available data or resources could be improved.
