Rewrite radioSelect directive to use isolate scopes #31

Because it does some weird hacky things to be able to deselect from other buttons, while only activating the one you've clicked

cc @rclosner assistance would be appreciated. isolate scopes making my brain hurt

I believe this isn't necessary anymore (or already done)
