Some of map is showing through print view #51

Related: the map view is currently not being hidden or shown depending on whether it's actually present on the page, because when it's shown after a page where it's not, the Google Map doesn't resize to take up the entire view. Resizing the browser manually will cause it to calculate. So far automated ways of detecting this change (equivalent to Leaflet's invalidateSize()) doesn't work.

The side effect is this bug, described in the title.

Fixed by hiding map on print style sheets.
