It seems to be working again.

Yeah, we're definitely using that here: https://github.com/codeforamerica/fast_pass/blob/master/lib/geo_client.js

@rclosner I'm currently taking a look at this. The city's API response is getting returned to the server correctly. It seems to run into problems somewhere in geo_client.js. I'm going to see if there's anything I can do about it...
