Update Twitter instructions in README #13

The instructions were missing a key step. You have to set a callback URL for your Twitter app. Otherwise you will get a 401.

One more minor quibble with the screenshot…

Can you please take another screenshot with the box next to “Allow this application to be used to Sign in with Twitter” checked? I believe that is also necessary for this to work. Thanks!

That's what I thought initially, but I tried it without that setting checked and it still works. I just tried it again.
