Operationalizing partnership work is moving forward — Salesforce is in the works, and Waffle has taken root. Now we should turn to Customer Support. I would love to brainstorm with @daguar and @ondrae in particular this week about low LOE / high ROI ways we can make our CS workload and core service level metrics more visible in advance of our Client Support Coordinator hire.
