FOIA state contracts for SNAP web services #61

@RebeccaCoelius and I are going to test FOIAing a handful of state contracts for SNAP web services, generating a clear checklist for respectfully obtaining useful information and documentation of about these contracts. We will report on our efforts here.

Where are we at in the countdown?

The first request was submitted 13 days ago, on Nov 25. which could be only 6 or 7 business days ago. The formal receipt of the request committed to a response "concerning the availability of the information requested"
