Bug: filter breakouts are not limiting to active bookings #123

In the default sample data set, there are 388 active bookings. The breakout filter bars are pulling from a larger set (521 bookings).

When filtered, the table draws from the correct (active) set.

This is linked to #117. The records are all associated to active bookings, but the counts are incorrect because there are separate line items for each charge (so, bookings with multiple charges count multiple times).
