Additional Resources weren't showing up because the container div was missing. This PR adds it.

iirc we removed it because it was laying out weird. Assuming that's not the case now?

Depends on what you mean by weird... the links do wrap, but other than that it seems okay! screen shot 2014-08-18 at 3 01 22 pm
